Third party software and hardware support forums. / Question mark flag on Mach3 Puseling Driver in Device manager

Downloaded Mach3 Lic. and software, I have found a Question mark symbol "?" attached to the driver in Device manager that I need to remove, my cnc router motors will not run, I'm using Windows 7 32bit, 5Axis 004393 Breakout Board with M335 Drivers.
