Galil / Need Help With DMC-17x0 and ICM-1900 output wiring

Ok I have everything working so far, minus one Mitsu drive, and getting the outputs to work. I have 2 Aries drives working, all my limits and homes are working fine. My issue now is getting outputs to work, or do anything. I have the standard, non isolated version of the board, the bare ICM-1900. There are no chips in the "isolated" section. Seems like all outputs are sunk to ground, no matter what I try. Ive tried hooking up LEDS, my meter, pulling them high and low, nothing. Is there a jumper that needs to be installed? This is driving me nuts. I have Outputs set to pins 41 and up, per the PDF on here on setting up pins, port 1, and ive tried active low and high to no avail. Heres a pic of my board.

Galil / Galil With Mitsubishi MR Drive and Servo

Hey all, new build going and im stumped right now. Heres my setup:

WinXP machine running on a P4 mobo
Galil DMC-1740
ICM-1900
2 Parker Aries Drives (X and Y)
1 Mitsu MR Drive (Z axis)

My X and Y work great, are properly scaled, and everything is awesome.
The Aries drives have a single +-10V analog input for speed/torque/position setting, which was easy to hook up

The Mitsu drives have 2 of these inputs, one is 10V and one is 8V. Theres another thread that says to use Torque mode, but thats the 8V line, the speed control mode is the 10V line. I also need to get the software so I can go in and clear out all the settings from the old machine that this was on, and verify everything. Parker gives out their software free but Mitsu wants 175 for a copy and I think thats a little rediculous.

Anyone hook up one of these drives to a Galil? Not sure what the (R) stand for after the LA, LB, LZ, if its a return+ or the ref-. or if it matters.

SOL and EMG are wired to enable the drive. I keep getting an alarm 25 (home ref) but pulling pin 41 (HOME SET) high or low with DICOM or DOCOM does nothing. Hence why the software would help.

Galil / Servo Newbie Needs HELPPPPP

Hey all, first time poster long time Mach user. Have multiple Mach3 machines running stepper setups, easy to use and basic. Came across some old automation equipment for a STEAL the other day, and got a ton of Servo stuff. I have a bunch of Parker Aries drives and Servos, and some Mitsubishi stuff too, which ill use later. I then realized I needed motion controller, so Ebay netted me a DMC-1760 ISA card, with the hard drive and MOBO, and also came with a ICM-1900 breakout, not the one in the enclosure, just the bare board with the screw terminals.

Ive looked, and looked, and looked. I can get Mach to talk to the board, its configured with the drivers, etc. But I have ZERO ideas how to wire this and actually get it to move. Ports and Pins is my downfall here. I got the encoders hooked up, but it looks like my drives only take a Torque+ and Torque- (labeled AIN+ and AIN-) to do the commands. Ive set the drives to torque only mode with the Parker software, and If i plug AIN+ and AIN- to any of the outputs (PWMX, MODX, SIGNX, etc) it just goes wide open full rpm. I can vary the voltage going to AIN+ and it adjusts the speed (which is correct) but I cant get the board itself to do it.

Anybody have any ideas? Im at a loss right now. Ive looked through a TON of PDFs and short of just trying random stuff, Im open to advice.
