General Mach Discussion / Table freezes at end of X axis

My table is freezing near X+ end of table when running G0 X0, or G1 X0. I hit E-stop and reset and can jog back with no problems. Table jogs full extents of table in both + and - directions. It only freezes when running code. Any ideas about possible settings that could be the culprit or any ideas I could try would be most appreciated!  Thanks for any ideas you might have!
