General Mach Discussion / Spindle and IO Configuration

Hi
I have setup a router by using MKIV card and NcUsbPod plugin.
I have two additional relay. One for servo enable and the other is for spindle 3-phase contactor.
I could control them through screen and also via scripting.
When servo motors are enabled and contactor is contacting, if I clicked to "spindle cw f5" to run spindle, spindle driver is driving the spindle for just a moment and immediately all outputs getting low.
It seems there is a mistake about my port settings. I have attached configuration file.
All the other things are ok. If I does not try to run spindle, motors are moving fine.
And also, if I switch all the pins on including spindle cw by scripting, I could run too.
I will be very glad to get some help here.
