Mach4 General Discussion / Help mazh4 z-axis act-up

Help mach4 z-axis direction are correct up&down but then after jogging non-stop up&down for 3-5mins, it start moving down only even I scroll up.... doesn't any body have this problem 😕 🤔.
I have to restart mach4 the it back to normal but then again jogging non-stop it start to act up.

Mach4 Plugins / Mach4 WHB04B-6 axis or WHB04B-4 axis enable plugin setup

Few people have created topic similar but different or wrong model. I'm posting the right one right model and guide y'all Thu this.
This for model XHC WHB04B-6 axis or WHB04B-4 axis enable plugin setup

I'm using "INCHES" and I CAN MOVE steps 0.001", 0.010", 0.100", 1.00" etcs...
WHB04B-6 axis with Mach4 also work for 4axis as well.

make sure select MPG #1 and Macro 10= select function "Machine Enable"

I able to get rs485 connect to mach4, but my vfd doesn't output volt to my spindle. can anybody help me this problem.

I have been using xhc hb04b since mach3, I just recently switch to mach4 and I can't get it to work? Does anybody figured out for plug or w.e to make it work for mach4.

SmoothStepper USB / Ess c25xp board with Vfd Gt spindle calibrate

   I currently have Mach4 Ess with C25xp internal pwm analog 0-10v
Problem I have is spindle calibrate are off from 0-45% and 55-90% in this between are off. I beable to call out mdi m3 s24000 mach4 and vfd readout are match 👌, and m3 s12000 mach4 & vfd both match. The rest is between are not match rpm readout. How do I calibrate or tune this both mach4 and Huang vfd gt series. I have attached my machine.ini, vfd gt program, and my machine screen set.
Help please.

Hi,
I want to upgrade my machine please help.
How is mach3 or mach4 handle Spindle for Drilling/Rigid Tapping thread on cnc router ?
And if it does what spindle both cw/ccw and what control need?
