Mach4 General Discussion / Mach 4 Won't Shut Down!

Having an unusual problem with Mach 4.  I am running Windows 10 and if I shut down Mach 4, the next time that I start it up again, I get an error message telling me that there is another version of Mach 4 running.  The only way that I can start Mach 4 is if I use Windows Task Manager to end the task.  As long as I use Task Manager to shut down Mach 4, it will start right up next time that I use it and run great.  Anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix it?
