Hi there, How can I get the axis to step off the home switches so they are clear by about 5mm ?

Hi everyone i'm fairly new to mach3 mill, the wizards are pretty cool but how do you machine for example a circular pocket and drill a bolthole pattern round it or a pocket inside a pocket in one go. Any one help me out here ?
