Hi All,

I have installed a new, standard, genuine wired XBox Controller in the usual way using Lee's Plugin and it can move the axes with normal acceleration and at full speed motion is smooth. BUT....as soon as the speed is slowly 'proportionally reduced' the motor tries to change speed instantly at each decrement instead of decelerating normally. I mean that it bangs, jerks and loses steps. Oddly, if I let the joystick flick back to centre, it does decelerate as it should. I have tried reducing the motor tuning acceleration on the axes from 400 to 100 and it makes no difference, nor does using the second of two available USB hubs.

Anyone have any idea what the problem is please?

Thanks

Simon

Hi Boxford VMC190 Owners

Hopefully the info in the PDF and DWG files available from this link will be useful.

3 of 6, is a vice, 4 of 6 is an airmist add-on, (just a filter regulator thing) and 6 of 6 is the CCT Diagram.
