General Mach Discussion / mach3 and gecko 540 motor problem

Hello, I just switched over from torchmate system to Mach3 with Gecko540  and I can't get my motors to move. When I hit the arrow keys I see the the numbers on the Mach3 screen move but the motors don't do anything.
