Newfangled Mill Wizard / Tool Path display greyed out

Mill Wizard Rev 2.0.4x1 Licensed
Windows 7 machine, running only Mach3 and Mill Wizard.
After installing the license there is nothing showing in the tool path display window, whether a job is loaded or not. Regardless of the Background Colors selected in Config > Tool Path Colors, the display window is always gray. The wizard does appear to be functioning otherwise, and will post useable G code. Tool path display in Mach3 works fine.
Have uninstalled / reinstalled with the same results.
The same version of Mill Wizard, but unlicensed, installed on another Windows 7 has a functional tool path window.
Any ideas? Thanks!
