Mach3 and G-Rex / Mach3 Beginner Help

Hello ,
I have a mill ML3200 it has factory installed Mach3 (in condition as it was bought but was never started until today)
The screen shows only a part of Mach3 program

I am a beginner on this Mach3 so I am looking forward to learn on.
Any help would be appreciated.
