Third party software and hardware support forums. / UC100 & KL-DB25-5

Hi
 
I have a UC100 and the green and blue light are on.
It is connected to a KL-DB25-5 Breakout Board.
The board is power by the USB cable supplied with it.
The board has a red light on. I tried to connect just the e stop switch to it.
P10 to ground.
It does not work for me. As you can tell I am very new to this.
 ???Thanks for any help you provide
