Mach4 General Discussion / Two second output signal on M5 command.

Hi. I never needed to do anything special on Mach4, so i`m pretty dumb outside user interface. But now i need to have output1 to be activated for two seconds on M5 command. I have bare idea how to do that, but i cannot locate a script M5. Do i have to create a new one in profile folder? How big are my chances to ruin everything? I will be happy about any reply, thank you.

Hello. I made a big mistake, and looking for your help to solve it.
So we had this diy chc machine made about a year or so ago. Wiring and controller was done by myself and that was my third cnc conversion. I don`t have much knowledge about all this, but the machine was working fine all the time, until i did software updates without doing backups. I know, silly. Anyway, after updates when doing bore probing, it just not going it correctly. Attaching youtube links to the probing videos below, and also log file. Tried to speak to machsupport, they kept asking a lot of questions and only suggestion was to contact controller manufacturer as "error shows that is their error". The controllers manufacturer is not responding at all. Today i took another laptop with Mach4 and another controller to replace existing, it is doing absolutely same thing. Tried two different versions, all the same. But apparently probing script on both Mach4 versions are the same. So really i am out of ideas, how to get this machine back up and running. Any idea or suggestion is much appreciated. Thank you.

windows 10 laptop x 2
CSMIO-M x2
Step/dir servos on all axis
simple touch probe

Hello. I was looking on Google how G28.1 works, tried on my side, it does not work. Unknown G code used, it says. Basically i am trying now as MDI, but would like to put that inside gcode. Thank you.

Mach4 General Discussion / Geared AC Servo spinde setup.

Hello. Apparently i am not very good at searching, so i want to ask guru`s. We are converting cnc machine with mate. For spindle we have 1.8kW ac spindle with belt and pulleys. So when motor is rotating at 3000 rpm, output is 5000rpm. But i don`t know, how to set up Mach4 to understand that. Has it to be done by scripts or by setting i cannot see?

Mach4 General Discussion / Mach4 Arduino outputs.

Hello, guru`s. Was reading around a little bit, and wondering are you more CNC operators or mainly programmers? I would like to get some extra physical outputs from Mach4, but it seems to be far too complicated for my brain. Too much programming involved. I know bare minimum of Arduino and less of Mach4 programming. But as i understand, shouldn`t be too difficult to send signals from Mach4 to Arduino using ModBus. If any kind person could help me with this, i would be very happy. Mainly what i want is, say on alarm, i have it displayed on LED matrix screen, or probe hit, etc.

Mach4 General Discussion / Probe obstructed error

Hi. First of all, two excuses from me: my english is not very good, and i`m absolute newbie in CNC world. I started to build my router nearly year ago, and it is not fully finished yet.
Anyway, i moved from GRBL to Csmio/m and brought Mach4 license.  Had a christmas gift from boss - digital probe. Spent all my holidays trying to get it working, but unsuccessful.
When i open probing tab, and click any of buttons, i`m getting "probe obstructed" error. There is nothing about this on Google. I would like to be able to find material edges and if i could sort out how to get a cloud from some parts, i will be extremely happy. Thank you for reading this, happy to see any replies.
