General Mach Discussion / ajusting Z while cutting with xbox controller

Is there any possible way to adjust the Z while cutting? I have an oxy fuel setup and I have set the THC up and down to emulate on the keyboard, and it works, but just wondered if it was at all possible to have the xbox controller do it?
