Mach4 General Discussion / Mach 4 Teach File

I am coming out of Mach 3 and wonder does mach 4 have anything close to the teach.tap.  I have some machines that I would Jog around and create point to point programs by hitting a button that would get the dros and write them to the teach file.  Has anyone come up with anything like this yet?  Thanks

General Mach Discussion / Mach 3 Screen tabs

I'm having trouble getting any of the screen tabs to work in Mach 3.  Everything was working and I come in today and the A axis is reversed and non of the tabs will work(mdi, diagnostics etc). I click and they do nothing.  They were all working a day ago but have no clue what I did or what happened.   Wondering if anyone out there would know what caused it or if this has ever happened to anyone else. Thanks

General Mach Discussion / Mach 3 6 Axis 7 Motor? How to?

Is mach only capable of controlling 6 Axis.  I have a 6 Axis machine and I am wanting to slave my X Axis.  Is my only option to daisy chain the signal to my other X axis drive.  Or is there a way to slave it in mach?  Im only seeing XYZABC in ports and Pins
