General Mach Discussion / Simple Win 7 Question?

Hi Guys
I check out my G code on Mach 3 running on a
Windows 7 (Pro) 64 bit machine. Then use a Win2000
machine to run my CNC mill. Want is the reason
that the 64 bit machine can do this but not run
my machine if it had a PP card? Is the reason no PP drivers?
Is it emulating Mach 3 in 32 bit mode during my check out?
How does this work or not work?
