General Mach Discussion / Mean G2

Hi everyone, I am new on CNC and would appreciate some help here. I have programmed three circular holes (no tool diameter compensation) using incremental mode, to be cut on a piece of 2.5 mm soft material. The two first holes are fine but the third is not - the X axis just don't move to the right point and the last circle is cut at the wrong position. The same program using absolute mode works fine. Pls notice that the distance between circles are not the same. Any thoughts? thanks
