General Mach Discussion / Invert Z Axis

Good Afternoon,

I have finally set up my CNC machine and got most of it working.

Problem is I go to run a program of G Code and for some reason even though when drilling a hole the GCode reads say -2.00, my motor actually turns the wrong way and go up instead of down.

How can I tell mach to invert the Z Axis and it is currently upside down I guess.

Good day everyone!

I have just built my first CNC machine and need a little help with configuration to Mach 3.

I have installed the program and can get the machine moving using the manual input of G-Code such as "x10" etc so I know my machine actually works. 

My problem:
How do I let mach 3 know what size spindle I am using and what pitch? so when I type "x10" for example, it actually moves 10mm or whatever? Basically I need to know how to calibrate the machine to the Mach 3 programme.

I am mainly using Mach 3 Mill by the way.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
