One on one phone support. / license purchase problem

PROBLEM MACH3 License Purchase
I purchase mach3 by safari mac os x, during paying page i press pay then for a while i've got message told me that money already charged but the page is still grey out nothing go forward for long time and i've to close the page.
After that i've got a email told that i've an account and show the order recently # 6882 status : pending .
In short is …my credit card already charged money…web page non respond…order #6882 status : pending….
Is that normal state waiting for my license? Any problem?
I've submit "contact us" page but have problem …"Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method."
Safari Mac os x also Chrome also same reply "Failed…." . Well I've also try so short wording in "contact us" them the message sent but fail when i type all message above
I've sent email to Support@Machsupport.com but I will never know u get my email or not. No notification.
I've to tell it not easy to contact u , so I have to post this topic.
