my Y axis goes up when i hit the down arrow key,i was looking around and soneone suggested this. not know how to reset key macro. any help would be great

I need help in checking the Y axis jogging pin to check the voltage. when i jog it down arrow key it goes up, the up arrow key goes up.

Y axis is moving up when i use the down arrow key? have changed to hot keys with the same results. any help would be great
