Hi!

How can I chnge the height in Mach3?

I'm using Vcarve and it's allways 25.4 for the Z How can I change that so it wont drill straiht in to the board?

General Mach Discussion / CNC 3040 and Pocket tool path...

Hi,

I'm having problems with my cnc3040 and VCarve pro 6.

When I do a pocket with a word in it so the first 0.5mm is ok but when it will start on 1.0mm layer so the letters are about 0,5mm to the right or left.

All setting are like the should be and nothing is loose on the machine!

Can some on please help me whit this and give mi some goood tips!!!

Hi,

I have made a pocket size 60x40 mm and 2mm deep and it is cutting 0.5mm at a time.

But when it's done the right side off the pocket is not like it should be...

I'm using Cut2D

Having problem getting a picture made right... It is a clock and it starts in the middle but after 5min it ain't doing a cirkel anymore like it should...

So whats it this text?  Pic is 3D

Hi,
I have a picture 140x70mm and the cnc is starting from the middle, but when it is about 80% left it starts to go of track so it leaves tracks that are not mille...

What can I do??
I'm NEW at this....

I have a problem with a picture that should be pointed to the left but when the Mach3 has done it's job it is pointing to the right?

Why? Can you tell me exactly how I can make it work right?

Is there any "right" settings for Vcarve 6 so it will work okay with Mach3 and a cnc3040?

Settings for Feed Rate and Plunge Rate and so on.....
