Hello all,

I've tried cutting a 1/2" rectangular pocket with a 1/4" end mill and I get a notice about width must be twice the size of tool diameter. Why is that and is there any way around it in Mill Wizard?

recently added a cnc rotary table to my mini mill. Having a problem with my settings. I've made most of the config. settings I've found here. When I move the table with a G01 code or code from a wizard, the table rotates beyond the desired stop point, and continues to rotate. I'll try and post the .xml file. Any help and suggestions will be appreciated.

Tried using Mill Wizard to cut a 2" by 1" outside rectangle. The program it generates includes several circles that cut thru (2) corners of the rectangle. Any ideas why?
