Hi folks, please help!

:( .....I somehow switched the direction of my Y axis when I had a job paused (The job is now destroyed.... >:( ) . Anyway, I think I did this either from the pop-out screen or from the keyboard, but either way, when I press 'up' on my controller, or click the 'Y+' button on the pop-out screen, my Y axis now moves down instead of up, and vice versa. My X axis is still normal.....any ideas how I can reverse the axis back to normal?

Also....I tried every button on the pop-out screen in my attempts to rectify this, and turned on Shuttle Mode.....I don't even know what this does! How do I turn shuttle mode back off?  :( Thanks for any ideas......

Hi folks,

I have my usb connected joypad enabled as a joystick in the Config Plugins menu item. This works fine as the X & Y axis are controlled. But I would also like to control my Z up/down movement using two buttons (One for Up, One for down) . How can I do this?

Thanks.

« on: February 07, 2008, 04:43:13 PM »
Hi folks,

I'd like to make my limit switches less sensitive if thats possible...does anyone have any idea how?

I'm using Mach3, HobbyCnc 4 Axis Pro, and my 4 switches are wired parallel.

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks. ???

General Mach Discussion / Changing Motor Rotation Direction
« on: May 09, 2007, 02:39:24 PM »
Hi all,

I've been using Mach3 for a while now, but I haven't really experimented, it just does what I want and I like it!  ;) I did a quick search but couldn't find a thread for this, although I'm sure there probably is one somewhere!

Anyway, I'm building a new machine, and it has a 4th Axis, the A-Axis. This is slaved to my X-Axis as a dual leadscrew design. I slaved the A motor to the X easily in Mach3 but when I use the X jog function, my A Axis motor is rotating in the opposite direction to the X axis, and I can't seem to figure it out. They are all wired up the same. How do I reverse the direction of rotation in Mach3 for a stepper motor?

Thanks all.
