General Mach Discussion / Spikes on Waveform (Drivertest

Hi gentlemen.
Could you give me a comment on it?

I installed Mach3 and ran drivertest.
Attached are results.
There are many spikes on 25k and smaller spikes on 35k.
I got this waveform after optimization on XP.
Is this normal(or proper) waveform to use?
