The time has come to hang up this hobby, my wife and I are selling everything and heading down the road in our RV. I never got my Bridgeport mill finished, lot of money dumped in but never had the time to finish. I had most of the sheet metal and electrical cabinets painted, mounted Baldor servo motors, I,ve got a bunch of spares that I was going to use on the plasma machine. Most of the wiring is finished, Automation direct VFD, computer, 4th axix, lots of tool holders with cart, mounted keyboard, and cnc panel. Stainless coolant tank with new pump is included.  Also picked up a basket case lathe from Grizzly. Ball screws and slides, and 2 cnc turrets. 4 Rapid track 2-5ft and 2-13ft.  Galil motion control cards and the Galil DMC controls, vfd's relays, terminal strips, cable wire trays, and much more. I'd like to sell it as a package, but would consider splitting it up. $5000 takes it all.  Message for more pics.

PoKeys / Mach4 using 57E and kbd48CNC
« on: April 11, 2016, 04:52:06 PM »
I'm trying to bring my Bridgeport to life. Motion control is taken care by Vital Systems DSPMC/IP, I'm using a Poykeys 57E with kbd48CNC, and a pendant.
Is there any plug-in for the kbd48CNC, or even documentation. I've used the Pokeys wizard to set up the 57E and checked kbd48, but can't seam to make and thing happen with the keys. Do I have to map each key?

Bargain Basement / Clean out of Bridgeport parts
« on: December 22, 2013, 08:44:05 PM »
I bought Boss Bridgeport with stepper motors, that had a V-ram, I'm in the process of upgrading to Mach 4 (Brian might finish 4 before I finish the machine) . I also have an tracer Bridgeport that I tore the  tracer off to make it a manual machine. The massive T-ram on the tracer was a thorn in my side, and knuckles. When looking for a V-ram for the tracer, I came across a Interact Bridgeport with an R-head. This permitted me to move the V-ram to the manual machine, and put the R-head on the CNC. This leaves lots of parts that need new homes.

1.2HP 3 Phase Bridgeport cnc head, NMTB 30 taper spindle,it has air speed control and air brake. The limit switches, home switch, and the solenoid air valves are included.
2. Bridgeport base with knee and table, ball screws, and chrome.
3. T-ram
4. Boss stepper motors
5. Interact drivers
6. SEM servo motors
7. Control cabinet with operator station and 15" touch screen.
8. Mounting base to mount head to the T-ram.
9. Other parts from a Boss and Interact Bridgeport mill, let me know what you are looking for, I might have it.

I'm located in Pennsburg PA, 18073
I can load on truck or trailer.
