General Mach Discussion / need help with config

I have been running my machine with Turbo CNC for about three years and decided to run it with Mach3.
Home built machine using Hobby CNC board.
No matter what I try I can not get the steppers to work.
I have watch the set up videos a number of time and can not figure out what I am doing wrong.
Printer port is set
X Y Z pins are set
no stop are on
Below is a screen shot of what I have in the diagnostics screen and in the upper left hand corner none of the X Y Z lights are green and in all the set up videos they are red, No matter what I do I can not get them to turn red.
