Show"N"Tell ( What you have made with your CNC machine.) / Not going till the end of line

Hello,

As always some problems and don't understand why so simple things can't be done easy way.

The spindle gets into to the material and goes straight till the end of the line, but before the end of line the spindle goes up. The feed rate is 2600mm/min, also tried with slower ~1300mm/min, but the result is the same. So after first cut i have to rotate the material 180 degree and cut again to get the same results in both ends. 

I have attached my .dxf and .nc files (nc was written with Aspire)

Hello,

I am trying to solve the problem, but don't understand what is wrong with mach3.

I am using Rhino 5 full version, and MadCam 5 full version. Yesterday i wrote .nc code and everything was working fine it was cutting by path, green dots showing how it will cut.
Today i tried the same code and getting errors, green dots are not cutting by blue path, you can see it at attached picture.

I am using the correct post processor for MadCam, it is Match3_metric. The same problem i have with Edgecam, also the same problem was with RhinoCam. Correctly working only SheetCam. The radius of corners are R4 and R3.1. Endflat mill is D6.

Mach3 is set to MM. IJ mode is set to Absolute.

Mach3 version is R3.043.066

Hi, my tool diameter is D6mm.

If in program i make radius on corner R3, mach3 don't understand how to do it. Here is attached screen.
Green dots are the way my tool is going by.
If i make my corners with radius R3.1 everything works fine. Cam program is sheetcam.

Hello, i have started to use edgecam and Mach3, but can't get it working.
I writed in edgecam .nc file and loaded it into Mach3, and always getting error.
Attached print screen.

In mach3 i have set IJ mode to Absolute.
With sheetcam mach3 works.

What are the problems ? It is problem in edgecam, o in mach3 ? And how to solve it ?
