General Mach Discussion / Losing position PLEASE HELP!!!!!

As I'm running i loose position. Running simple toolpath +60" back to 0 on my Y axis, it's only loosing position going back to 0. About .125" every 2-5 minutes. What is going on????

Please someone help!!!
