General Mach Discussion / Noob need help

i have a cnc 6040 bought from eBay, i bought mach3 everything installed it and everything and configured the ports and pins and the motor tuning and nothing the motors don't move neither do the dro's i need help asap :[

i bought a cnc 6040 and the mach3 instillation CD i installed it i saw some tutorials on the ports and pins but nothing the DRO's don't move and the motors have electricity i have no idea what to do! please email me: lorenzojavier1o1@yahoo.com
so we can call eachother and what not i have free long distance calling so it doesn't matter.
