Tangent Corner / plasma locks steppers when turned on

Hi everyone
got a lil problem with my plasma cutter and steppers, I have a chinese plasma cutter a colossal tech 50D good lil machine .
and i have my router / plasma table cnc machine when working with the router everything works fine but when i put the torch on the z bracket and turn the plasma cutter on my steppers make a weird noise like a buzzing sound and they wont move. I ve tried moving the plasma cutter away from the table even moved the electronics but still does it
The machine has two grounds one for the material and one frame ground the frame ground has no effect on the operation either hooked up or not
if you know of possible solutions im all ears and willing to try anything to get this working

LazyCam (Beta) / lc cant find mach3 running

i can put a dxf file in lazy cam and when i go to post it i get an error message saying lazycam cannot find mach3 running when in fact it is
i really need a book, lazy cam for dummies that is fully illustrated... ha ha.  but really if anyone had this happen could you please let me know how to fix it

General Mach Discussion / y axis changing direction while running g code

need a lil help, when running a program and it calls for x32.000 y5.350 the y axis will go there but then it will wander to the other side of the peice. I tried using the manual control and y axis will run positive when the positive button is pushed but when negative is pushed it will still run positive but hitt negative twice and the motor will change to run negative im running mach3 and have 24 volt power a tb6560 controller and 266 sanyo denki steppers ive changed the y stepper thinking it was the motor but still the same problem ive checked all my wiring but every thing is good there, ive even tried slowing the motor down or speeding up but nothing helps
I sure hope one of you can help with some info

FAQs / open gl codes

im so new the paint hasnt wore off my pc    seriously though when i try to upload a file from lazycam to mach3 i get an open gl code error message i dont know where to look for an answer so maybe one or more of you have run into this before? i would appreciate any info you might have
