Mach3 under Vista / Mach 3 cuts all my DXF drawings 4 times

HELP  I can convert any file to DXF and with LAZY CAM conversion MACH 3 is happy. But when I use the program it cuts everything twice and then another twice a bit smaller. Any ideas would be appreciated
