General Mach Discussion / Finding Motor Tuning Info in backed up directory???

Hey There,
I am running a Sherline 2000 series mill, and had my hard drive go down. I have a back up of the entire Mach 3 directory, but where the hell do I find the mototr tuning info?? Or how do I recreate it???
Any help would be greatly appreaciated.
