Brains Development / help with timer..

hi

is it possible to set set up a brain/timer so that the spindel and cooling starts together but let the cooling stay on for another 30 (or so) secs after the spindel is turned off?
like sort of deactivation delay

i have set up the spindel on output1 and cooling on output2

i have a client that wants some sort of imagebox that shows a picture of the part program he load

hi all

im trying to figure out how to write/construct a special jog-macro that involves 2 axis, 2 buttons and some dro's;


when input1 is active, the b axis should move (rotate) at an individual b-axis feedrate and stop on inactive (=button  released)

when input1 AND input2 is active, the z axis should move (together with b) at a individual z-axis feedrate until a pre-set distance is reached and stop even if the buttons are still pressed

if input/button1 is released both axis should stop, if input/button2 is released then z only should stop


is this doable?

Is there any way to prevent a running m3 from stopping when hitting a homing, limit or any switch, or is it some built in hard coded safety thing?

VB and the development of wizards / Wizard DXF import

hi everyone,

is it possisble to have a wizard read/extract a dxf file (entitys part only, very simple shapes; circles, squares etc)
do some magic and turn i into gcode?   

i already figured out a simple formula/algorithm to convert dxf coordinates into gcode in excell,
would be great if it could be done with a wizard

i need to make my own tool table with certain special tool image thumbnails and
geometry dro´s

is it possible to have, lets say, "g41d..." read the "d"-word value (dia)
from a user-dro instead from the ordinary tool table?
