General Mach Discussion / spindle pwm pin assignment other then #2-#9?

Can I use pin #1, #14, #16 or #17 for Spindle PWM output properly at 1KHz base Freq.?
pins #2-#9 are high speed output but I couldn't find any information about timing of other outputs of mach3 in the documents.
