Mach3 under Vista / Installed Mach 3 on a Windows7-32bit PC, but DriverTest doesn't work.

Hi,
I'm wondering if someone can help me troubleshoot this.
I installed Mach3 on a Windows7-32 bit machine carefully
following the instructions to reboot after the install and before
running Mach3. However, when I attempt to launch the DriverTest
program nothing happens. DriverTest doesn't seem to run at all.
I don't know what to do now.
