General Mach Discussion / powerfeed X&Y

when i tried to use power feed X&Y   a letter box comes up and says, if you name is not on this list you cannot use ! you must purchase license , and Jeff sandstorm  version r3.043022 is all i see with a bunch of other names flashing across screen. I have added latest version and purchased wizard license, do i have to purchase some thing else? I have used the write program successfully  and had no problem .

Newfangled Solutions Mach3 Wizards / spindle did not run

Hi i have been playing with machine and using new fanglewizards, did a pocket 3x6 the other day everything worked well , raised z axis and cut air first to make sure i had it rite. it ran fine ,  the next day i decided to cut some slots in piece so i went into newfangled solutions and , used keyway funtion posted code and went  to run again i left z axis up to make sure it  was going to be ok. I ran and it went through motions , the only thing that did not seem rite was spindle did not turn on and when i looked at the code thier was no start spindle code in begining ! I then just wen to rpm window and they wern't posted either . i then posted the spindle speed went back tried again still had to start spindle with f5 spindle start window is this normal or did i miss something

hi i am new to all of this and i had a post or read one some where about going into ports and pins to set spindle speeds to coendside with dro on mach i am using a tach to find out where i am at any help would be appreciated thanks bob b please email me at rcbarton@ verizon.net

Newfangled Solutions Mach3 Wizards / newfangled solution wizards on novakon nm145

hi i just bought a novakon nm145 and i am new to cnc , although the wizards in the mach 3 program and my machinist knowledge got me fixed up for a keyway job. I tried using the newfangled solutions to mill of side of block and it would not dowload g code do i have to do anything different to use them or do i need other software. my novakon nm145 came with its own hard drive and mach3 was dowloaded in program

HI i am trying to figue out how to use my nm 145 with mach 3 i have downloaded and printed manuals, mach3 cnc controller software instalation and configueration  don,t think it is all of what i should have . I am in need of a operating manual for basic mach 3 like a step by step to do simple machining operations please set me in rite direction someone i feel i made a mistake buying this machine i don't have a clue how to use thought it would not be so hard to learn any help would be greatly appreciated thanks bob b

Screen designer tips and tutorials / newbie needs help with mach 3

I am an old style hands on machinist and i just got a cnc mill i would like a basic user guide to mack 3 for simple machine operations till i get familair with the screen like a 1 through 10 step  what to do to make this work kinda thing i downloaded and printed mach 3 manual but it is intense for the novice any help would be apreciated ! i guess i just need to know a stepby step screen tutorial
