Hi Group, my Y is moving towards me rather than away - I must have touched something I think?  Any help to get it back to normal please !

General Mach Discussion / Z moves down after Ref All home and hits base

Dear group, please help !

I have an X3 Sieg (Promica set up), and have safety switches on x, y and z.  When I Ref All Home, the Z just moves down and dosent stop .  This is a new thing, as it used to move up until the safety switch trigger - then x and y would move.

I have no idea what has happened and appreciate  any help !!

General Mach Discussion / Z plunges down by itself - buffer error

HI Group, just restarted my CNC after 1 year, and it randomly plunges the Z axis !!!!  I clicked on Diagnostics tab and it said buffer overide - contact Brian -

I downloaded the latest update but it still does it - It never did this before.  Could it be bad keyboard or something?

General Mach Discussion / Spindle changes speed during program run

Hi guys, just have the issue with my Spindle.  It sometimes ignores my S code and goes to max rpm.  Sometimes it just increases the speed by itself. I can press the 'reset' button for the speed and it brings it back down.

I have no Idea how to fix this !!

General Mach Discussion / Emergency LED dosent stop flashing

HI guys, just having an issue - the Emergency LED flashes.  If i go offline then I can reset, but the CNC does not work.  I can disable it from input signal but then the CNC does not work.  Would it be an issue with the controller box?  The unit is a X3 from from CNCkits.

General Mach Discussion / PCI sun 4018T ver 3.2 not working

Hi, I am sure someone can help as I have no where else to look !!!!

I have a sun1888 chip on a 4018T parallel port.  The I/O is OxDF00 and OxDD00 but its not working when I use this on Mach3. 

What can I do to get me CNC working??
