General Mach Discussion / sunfar c300a inverter connect with mach3

hello!
i have a cnc router with an inverter sunfar c300a  you  may see it  
here

and i am interested in connecting it with the mach3.
My brakout board is this

please give me some instruction if it posible for the way to do this.
