General Mach Discussion / "Another" Soft Limits issue/problem

Hi Folks

I am having an odd soft limits issue. I can not turn soft limits on without getting the "Machine out of limits for soft limit activation" Error
It used to work fine then one day I turned it off for some reason and now I can't turn it back on.
Basics
Machine is referenced
all limit switches are working properly
I home to the upper right hand corner of my envelope so all moves away from home are negative.
The machine coordinates zero when homed.
In the attached screenshot the dro's are showing that it is indeed away from the limits ( in machine coordinates )
Machine setup units are inches

It has worked this way for years and then it won't turn back on.
I have tried changing the button function from having the radio button "SoftLimits Toggle" to OEMCode 119 to Execute VBScript DoOembutton119 all with the same result. I can't turn it back on.

I am really hoping I just missed something obvious

Newfangled Solutions Mach3 Wizards / Stand alone wizards ?

Hi Guys

I recently purchased a Tormach PCNC1100, it has not arrived yet. ( Oh the waiting.....)

So I have been playing with Mach2 / 3 and I really like it !!!   Good work guys !!!

My buddy has an old Kiwa VMC with a Fanuc 6m controller ( No drip feed , 16k memory ) and he really likes the wizards in Mach. Is there a standalone version of the wizards ? I mean without Mach ? He would gladly purchase such a package. Even at the advertised price of the Mach package. He just does not need Mach.
 Also on this topic, he has been having a problem with the wizard outputting to many decimals to the right of the decimal. The 6M controller chokes on anything past 7 digits to the right. The write wizard often generates code in excess of 8 places. Is there a way to limit the output to say 5-6 places ?
