Mach3 and G-Rex / Mach 3 Backlash problem

Hoping for some help to get back up and running. I was running ok but decided to upgrade to a faster CPU I am running windows XP  mach 3 version (Mach3 R3.043.022 ) the motors were tuned before to 154 velocity and 20 acceleration... without the backlash on I get no weird sounds but with it on I get this:

and my parts are not measuring as per the drawings for example a .304 hole turns out to be .293...

Really hope someone can help, not sure what ether relative info needed but shoot away, I am also still relatively a newbie

Help!

I have been trying to get my homebuilt probe working for some time without luck, I am sure I now have the wiring right but the probe routine doesn't work.  I have reverted to testing by using a key to simulate the probe tripping under inputs using emulation,  however I tried assigning P and when I press the P key the led does not light up?  Anyone have this problem? I have also tried other keys same problem?

Finished Screens / Mach Blue Probing by Big-Tex

Hi All,

I am in the process of trying to get my homebrew digitizing probe working for my mill.  I have made the probe using "cognitive inovations" instructions...now I need to get a screenset with the probe script..on Artsoft's home page under screensets the Mach Blue Probing by Big-Tex is available, is this file working as is or would I need to edit anything?  I was reading this thread on the Zone:

On the first page are the directions but the last link doesn't work...just wondering if anyone can confirm the file contains all of the modifications or is working...I would prefer to use the original Mach screen as I have gotten used to it, any advice would be welcome..
