General Mach Discussion / cut circle wizard will not post

Hi,
This is the message I read : MSG.ToolDia(arrow)Dia
Meaning I guess dia data missing? I entered 0.25
If I enter 0 it tells me it can't be 0. So?
In config, I have tool no 1 with .25 dia., cv abs (tried both )
other wizards (the ones I tried)  are working properly.
Don't know where to look at.
Any help appreciated.
