Galil / Galil DMC 21XX

Hello Everyone,

I am currently having problems with my Home routine and slave axis using Galil DMC 21xx.
IF I use galil plugin version 4.4 the home sequence works fine, But i cannot get Axis to slave on the X Axis.
If t use Galil Plugin Version 4.5 which is I think the right plugin for this controller the slave axis works but home routine doesnt.
I hits the limit switch and stop and does nothing.
Anyone has the same problem? I would appreciate very much if you could help me with this problem. It might just be a mistake on my setup. Thank you .

General Mach Discussion / Multiple Head Router

Hello Everyone

We are almost finish with our Machine Retrofit. The Machine is a router with 5 high speed spindle and 5 Z Axis Which are independently controlled by Electronic Servo Drive (totally independent from Mach 3) . The Axis and tool head is being activated by an Output. Which I have use M61 to M67 = to turn output 1 to output 7 and M60 will turn output 1 to output 7. When you call M61 the z lowers the Motor and is ready to cut.

My question is which is the best way to offset the tools
I Have attached photo of the Machine and a Program that use to run on the old controller

Hello Everyone,

FYI
There is a new firmware upgrade From VitalSytem that will enables you to change Static IP Address of the DSPMC controller just in case it conflicts with other IP address.
