General Mach Discussion / need help with motors!

Okay Mach3 and my motors are not understand each other.
Mach3 shows that machine moved on 1.5 inch, but when i measure it on machine table it moved way far that Mach3 shows.
I also think Mach3 doesn't recognize my motors.

Can anybody help me with that???
I'm newbee with Mach3

General Mach Discussion / What is wrong with may limit switches??? need help

So here is a problem: when machine reach limit switch the process is stopping RESET button flashing with Green/Red (and this is how it suppose to be, right? Limit switch is ON)
so now i press RESET button again and it's not activating. now i should go to "Ports and Pins"---"Input Signals" and I disactivate "Active Low" for Y++ & Y-- (attached Picture1). Than I press Reset button again and now it's stay Green (machine is ready to operate). But when I start move machine the process is stopping again and RESET button is flashing again. Now i should go to "Ports and Pins"---"Input Signals" and I activate "Active Low" for Y++ & Y-- (attached Picture2). Than I press Reset button again and now it's stay Green. and now machine start to operate how it is suppose to be. of course until it hit limit switch again.

I don't know what to do. Need help.

General Mach Discussion / New with Mach3. Need a lot of help!

Hi everybody!
I got 4'x4' plasma cutting table. Well somebody stole the PC with an original Software for my machine.
So I was looking something on internet and finally i found Mach3. But Right now I have so many questions...
Well I downloaded Mach3 from this web-site. I installed it. Connected it the same as it was described in Documentation.
So right now machine is moving (it's not moving on Y axis, but i think something wrong with motor). So it's normally moving on X axis. The Z axis is independent. Z has separate controller which you use for moving Up and Down.
So here is my questions:
1) Does Mach3 needs to standard tune up? Do I need special PlugIns? I heard that something needs to be done in "Ports and Pins"
2) Does Mach3 recognize motors?
3) I have on my machine Limit Switches but I guess Mach3 doesn't see it, cuz machine is still trying to move when it reaches limit switches.

For right now I just need to make Right connection between my machine and Mach3, and maybe after I will ask about plasma.
So does anybody can give me any advice to make to work that machine.
