Brains Development / I'm out of OEM Triggers

I used up all 15 of the oem triggers and would like to know if it's possible to use brains and pokeys to add more trigs.
My problem is I can't figure out how to make mach see the inputs from the pokeys.
Is there a mod address assigned to every pokeys pin or only the analog pins (43-46)?
The brain I am trying to do is basically:
Pokeys pin x.....No op pass through.....Button press

Can this be done outside the 4 analog pins?

General Mach Discussion / Problem enabling brains

Noob here with what is probably a noob question but I searched to no avail.
I wrote a few simple brains to activate control panel led's which work as intended, however..... after I shut down/restart mach, the brains load but they are no longer enabled.
I have to go in and enable them again, everytime. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong?
