Is there a way to make a backup of the parameters and settings of Mach-3. I'd like to reinstall it and be sure that it will be exactly the same after.

General Mach Discussion / Over clokking the speed

I can control my machine in two ways. Through the Parallel port and the USB smooth stepper.
Through the parallel port can I over-clock speeds up to 250%. With the smooth stepper I can only go back in speed. Is this a basic setting that I can easily change, or is not possible to over-clock using a smooth stepper?

I'm running Mach on a gantry machine. Sometimes, when I load a big file, the movement of the machine becomes iregular and less fluendly as normal. This even happends while jogging.
If I go back to a smaller file the problem is gone.
What can be the reason and how do I solve it?

I'd like to control some of the mach3 functions with a remotecontrole. My gantrymill is quit big and keep walking up and down to
the computer.
Who has a good hardware suggestion

VB and the development of wizards / Unactivate button during programmerun

On my programme is a button to set zero on crosslight. If you accidentally press it while the machine runs, the zeropoint changes causing a lot of horrible consequences.
It would be safer to inactivate it  when the programme runs.
Does anybody know if this is possible to change?

If Mach3 proposes a safty-run, the movement is always first Movements and after the Movement. This is a dangerous order. The other way around is much safer. Does somebody know if you can change this order?

How is it possible that I have to start my NC code from the working aerea x0 y0 point otherwise it is starts on a wrong position? Even if I start the programm with a G90 it does the same.
