General Mach Discussion / DC spindle motor

Hi to all

I want use Mach3 for control a cnc machine with below specification :

Spindle : DC motor - permanent magnet - 400 watt  at 3600 rpm - 90 volt - 4 amper.

Axis motor : stepper motor - 5 phase - 10 wire - 16 kgf.cm - 1.4 amper.

What board do you suggest for control this spindle and axis motor? I don't know how can i control the spindle motor?
Can some one help me.
Does any board can control this spindle directly?

Mach SDK plugin questions and answers. / Plug in

Hi

I have a PCI1240-U Advantech board  but Mr.Hood in mach forum told me that i need to write a plug in for this board but i don't know what is plug in and how can i write it.
I don't have enough information about this board like wiring map or software adjustment.
Can someone help me please.

Can anyone tell me:
How calculate the cutting speed and rapid travels for cnc machines?
for example many milling machine have 24m/min speed for rapid travels and 1-10m/min for cutting speed.
Can i also use more than of 10m/min for cutting speed or not? Why?

Please help me for screen button.
I design a new screen.set but i have a problem with jog button.In one page of screen the keyboard jog button ( page up and down for z axes) is working but in other page these keyboard button don't work.
What is the problem?
