Hello,
Can anyone tell me if a high acceleration will reduce your accuracy. my vol is set at 300 and my acceleration is set to 5 but it is slow moving but if i set it to 30 it moves great. If I set it to 80 it slides my machine back and forth when it moves. I would like to keep it at 30 if i t doesn't hurt the accuracy.

Hello,
I am building a cnc router and I am having trouble with Calculating Mechanical Drive my math is very poor if there is any one who could help me i would appreciate it. I have a rack with a pinion gear PD of 1.667 and This gear has a 60 tooth pulley on it and the motor had a 10 tooth on it. I have micro stepper motor drives So any suggestion on what to set the micro steps at would help. If there is any other information you need please let me know.
