Third party software and hardware support forums. / How to Setup "DIYCNC" 60mmx40mm Router

  Can anyone help with directions or suggestions for setting up a "DIYCNC 6040" Router with Mach3 (http://sites.google.com/site/cncdiymachines/cnc4060).  Purchased router via eBay and company is less than helpful (looks used, missing parts, no documentation, very slow to ship, shipping damage, responses don't make sense, etc.).

I have been reading through Mach3 setup manual and there are just too many questions I don't have the answers to for this machine;  starting with parallel port pinout.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
