General Mach Discussion / MACH3 is reassigning motor pins by himself

I have a problem with MACH3:
After a number of lines of code the movement on x axis stops, after a while another axis stops..
When I check it in the Ports&Pins / Motor Outputs, the assignments of the step/direction
pins are changed to 0, or between them.
Please help.
