General Mach Discussion / feed rate
« on: September 11, 2010, 06:10:12 PM »
I think I got all where I need to be with one exception.

As I go through my machining and I use M6start mach chooses to jog feed rate of previous tool path goes to previous location and then jogs at full speed changes speed to current tool path and machines . Setting initial string say F200 does not affect that.

Is there way to change jogging speed that is not feedrate of previous tool path?

Ok here is Mach Blue moded screen with touch off and laser XY zero.
It has been designed to be used with router as coolant botton has been moded.
Touch off options will detect if native unit are English or metric.
Feel free to test and post opinions.

General Mach Discussion / Tool Setter set for Mach3 blue
« on: February 20, 2010, 01:51:29 PM »
This screen set I have rewritten as I have found some problems testing it.
Originally it was written by guy on video.

Note: this set is for inches as Native Units but can be very easy changed to mm
I have included in button scripts many descriptors to make it easier.

Happy testing, please let me know what do you think.......

General Mach Discussion / few problems
« on: January 10, 2010, 06:04:54 PM »
Let me explain what I am doing.
First off I do reference all after I start computer. I do referencing at 6 ipm.
1.   After loading toolpath and starting machine goes to my tool changing location at normal speed, then after z tool zero press start and machine jogs at 6 ipm.
Is this normal? It does not seem to be.....How do I change that?

2.  After loading toolpath and zeroing tool after starting machine goes to machine coordinates 0,0,0 not to work coordinates How is that changes?
